Introducing Qigong

Qigong is one of the four pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The other three being acupuncture, massage and herbal medicine. It is a combination of breathing, gentle exercise, self massage and moving meditation. It’s often called “The Art of Self Healing” because it helps with the flow of energy through meridian lines. When energy is flowing, the immune system functions normally and is more able to heal and look after itself. When energy is stuck and blocked, disease and other undesirable symptoms can manifest.
